Rejoyn Vacuum Therapy System

The patented vacuum therapy system allows a man to
achieve a firm, natural erection. The technique works by placing
a vacuum over the penis and drawing blood into the penis to create
an erection. A constriction ring is placed around the base of
the penis, gently providing pressure to help maintain an erection
until you remove it.
Steps to prepare the Rejoyn Vacuum Therapy System for use:
1. Twist the tube clockwise onto the pumphead, locking it
in place.
NOTE: Before attaching the pumphead run
warm water over the tube. This will help to prevent the tube
from fogging over during use.
2. Set the pumphead on a flat surface with the open end pointing
up. Install the cone in the penile tube.
3. Lubricate the surface of the cone, grasp the two tabs of the
ring and push the ring down, using both thumbs, over the cone
onto the penile tube.
NOTE: Start with the largest constriction
ring. If you are unable to hold the erection with the larger
ring, gradually use the next smallest constriction ring until
the ring is able to hold the erection.
4. Remove cone from penile tube, and insert the adapter bushing
on open end of penile tube.
Steps to using the Rejoyn Vacuum Therapy System
1. Lubricate your penis, the inside of the penile tube, and
pubic area (the area that comes in contact with the adapter bushing)
with water soluable lubricant. This helps form a good vacuum seal at your body
and prevents the penis from sticking to the walls of the tube.
2. Insert the penis into the penile tube and start the vacuum
process. Operate the pump by pulling and pushing the handle.
Each time you pull the handle back (about a 2 inch stroke) you
create vacuum in the penile tube.
NOTE: Three to five strokes should create
a low level vacuum enough to create a seal between the system
and your body. Continue pulling and pushing the handle an additional
five to seven times to develop the vacuum.
3. As soon as desired erection is achieved, transfer ring onto
base of the penis with fingertips. Make sure ring is transferred
all the way around.
NOTE: Pushing the manual release button
can release any vacuum that is left! Practice a few times without
the constriction ring.
4. You should not wear the constriction ring more than 30 minutes.
To remove the ring, pull outwared on the side tabs. The ring
will stretch allowing you to pull it off easily.
NOTE: To prevent tangling the contriction
ring in the pubic hair, try a little lubricating jelly in the
hair before putting on the ring.
5. Following intercourse, wash, dry and return the ring to its
plastic bag. Make sure the bag is air free and tightly sealed
for longer life. DO NOT EVER PUT THE
PUMPHEAD IN WATER. THIS WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE PUMP.
How to use the vacuum release button
The vacuum release button can be pushed to lower vacuum level.
If too much vacuum is released, it can be easily increased by
pulling and pushing the handle.
To remove your penis from the tube, push the release valve until
vacuum pressure is gone. Then remove the tube from your penis.
If you find that you are keeping enough of an erection for intercourse,
you may not need to use a constriction ring.
Most men with a problem will lose their erection soon after removing
their penis from the vacuum tube. This problem can be solved
by correctly fitting the constriction ring. Your penis should
become filled and rigid without pain in 10 to 90 seconds. You
may feel pressure when your penis starts to become erect from
the vacuum. This is normal.
If you feel slight pain when your penis becomes filled, try a
lower vacuum by pushing the release button. (With a little practice
you should find your correct vacuum so that you can create a
full erection without pain.)
